Our services include a free 30-minute call. The scope and limitations of the service will be detailed in the service agreement provided after the completion of the call. Following the initial call, we offer various services including fundraising, pitch deck creation, and more.

Booking Terms

Clients can book our consultancy service by clicking the "Book a Consult" button on our website or by sending an email to melanie@pitchhackerz.com. Since our initial consultation is provided free of charge, no payment is required for this first service. Subsequent services may incur charges, as detailed in the service agreement.

Fulfillment Timeline

  • Response to inquiries: Within 24 hours

  • Scheduling of consultations: Within the next 5 working days

  • Delivery of reports/outcomes: Within 14 days after the consultation

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations: Clients are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel their consultation. There are no penalties for cancellations.

  • Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule consultations by providing notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
